Welcome SakuraConners

Greetings to all.
Welcome to Lastwear, home of clothing for those who want the finest fashions of the future today. Thanks for checking out our website. This post should tell you a bit of what we're all about.
First, we sell clothes. Our clothes are as durable and full of awesome as we can possibly make them. Our Market page should be updated with stock within a week or so, once we've figured out what we've got leftover from the con. While only a few of our designs are currently in production, we have several more in the works that should be available in the coming weeks and months. To see a broader example of our work, check out our Deviant Art page.

Such afflictions cross the globe that no deity could turn unchanged from it, but there exists beyond that the pains of the inexplicable. Any warrior can handle pain. Any child can suffer a cold. But the wanderer suffers something altogether different. A burning emptiness that no amount of travel can smother. Not booze, nor drugs, nor women can stave the infernal gray that tints every scene not fresh to the eye. A familiar tree, a comfortable bend in the road, a passerby who looks like a friend or bartender or shopkeep you once claimed to know.
Factory Samples and Site Migration
Posted February 19th, 2008 by Thom B.
We've been pretty busy here at the Last house this past week. On Friday Jawn and I went out to Ly & Le Sewing to take a look at the first Hakama sample they had sewn up for us. I'm pleased to report that they have turned out really well. Not only does this mean that we're now ready to roll with our first production run but also, to my personal satisfaction, my patterns and sewing instructions worked.
Now that our patterns and construction are finalized it's time for us to clear out our cupboards.

The story continued.

It has taken rather longer than I had intended, but the latest section of Xandra the Historian’s tale is up. The process of working out what and how he is to discover the truth about himself is interesting to say the least. Although I can tell at this time where he is headed, just how he will travel and what he will find along the way are still only vague ghosts in the mist. But as the Reverend Father might say, we must simply start the journey now, for there is no time but the present.
There is Only One Thing
Production gets underway
Posted January 18th, 2008 by Thom B.
So the news is we're actually getting the clothing into production. As of this morning we have our first run of Perio Shirts under way. We're still looking for someone to manufacture the Hakama but in the meanwhile Jawn has been hard at work sewing them himself. Also, speaking of Jawn, he's been making some awesome hats this last week. You can expect some pictures soon.

Posted December 9th, 2007 by Markus Stratus
The end is neigh for meh as I finish up this quatrocycle. I've only one more project to finish... 7 works of inspiration relating to some sort of design, bleh. Aye, it wont be very difficult when I actually get to it. But that's the hard part.
The Lay of the Wanderer Part 3
Posted November 25th, 2007 by BJ
In which we meet Xandra the Wanderer, whose story this is, and learn something of the life of an Acolyte Initiate Historian. How well I remember my training! The tale is to be found in the Story Section.
Rowlan's Journal: Entry #2 "Determination"

Mairlynn's hand shuddered for a moment. She never knew much about her father, he hadn't really raised her. And here, in this book, were the innermost workings of his mind. His hows and whys. It felt as if it might be getting too close, but she couldn't let that stop her.
This is a definite sport for the LastWorld

Trius
Posted November 17th, 2007 by Markus Stratus
Well. I've been surviving well. I've actually managed to sell a couple things, another old watch (the one Adventurers use) a green bag I made out of some Imperial army scraps... and that's pretty much it. I was about to sell my newest watch, but the deal hasn't gone through yet. Either there has been a huge communications problem or I was getting scammed... I hope it was the first...
Rowlan's Journal: Entry #1 "Life is an open Journal"
Posted November 16th, 2007 by Tank
Mairlynn had spent the last months living with her grandmother. Growing up she never would have thought that she would be living this way, with a woman who had a small blood relation, in conditions that were completely alien to her. But there were things that she wanted to know about her father, and this was the only place where she could learn them.
Of Fear, the Psychology of Nations and of Love
Posted November 15th, 2007 by Thom B.
I think it's worth looking at nations as we look at people. If you anthropomorphise nations it will give you an interesting outlook on their behavior and on the world story. Imagine the world as a high school and look at who likes to hang out with who. You'll quickly be able to identify the archetypal characters that embody each country. If you're well versed in history and think of every one or two hundred years as being a grade then you can get an idea of the way each nation is growing up.
