Lastwear makes every effort to insure the quality of our product, but should you find that your order does not meet your expectations please contact us at lastwear@gmail.com and we will be happy to address whatever issues you may have provided that in so doing we could not be charged with "practicing medicine without a license".

If you should wish to return or exchange any item purchased from Lastwear for any reason we will be happy to take the item back provided it is returned within 15 days of your receipt of the product and the product is in unworn, re-salable condition. You are responsible for return postage and, in the case of returns not related to defective merchandise, the postage of any replacement products.

Furthermore, here at Lastwear, we guarantee all our products to be free of defects of materials or workmanship for the life of the product and will happily replace any items that do not meet this standard excepting that:
1.We reserve the right to replace or repair damaged items at our discretion.
2.If a returned item exhibits what we determine to be extraordinary wear and tear, beyond that which any garment could reasonably be expected to survive, we reserve the right to refuse to replace the garment. Extraordinary wear and tear includes but is not limited to any instances where the wearer of the garment could not reasonably have been expected to have survived whatever incident caused the damage to the product or where the loss of a limb has occurred. We will always replace free of charge any garment which can be reliably shown to have prevented the loss of a limb.

In the event that you need to return an item please take the time to contact us before you mail the item back as this will greatly improve the speed with which we are able to process your return. Goods returned without prior notification will not be processed until we have been contacted reguarding the return. Goods received without notification within 30 days will be disposed of at our discretion (Shredded to make bedding for the Web Badger or given to charity etc.) We recommend that returned merchandise be sent by a trackable method of delivery as Lastwear accepts no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in the mail.
